How do I schedule?

Scheduling your telemedicine visit is simple. Contact us at 907-349-4212 to schedule an appointment. Once your appointment is made, a confirmation call will be made the day of to remind you of your appointment in which then, you will receive an email with your appointment time and a link to Dr. Bryan’s or Dr. Barry’s “Zoom meeting”. Once you have clicked on the link, you will redirected to your one on one visit with myself or Dr. Barry.

Does insurance pay telemedicine visits?

Yes, insurance plans do cover telemedicine visits. While we deal with ever evolving situation with COVID-19, insurances have added telemedicine visits to insurance plans to comply with social distancing guidelines. It is up to the patient to know the details of their insurance plan.

After a telemedicine visit, am I able to be seen an in office visit?
Based on the state of Alaska guidelines, chiropractic offices are open to serve patients that need emergent or urgent healthcare needs. If myself and Dr. Barry determine that your healthcare need fits the urgent or emergent category, we can schedule you an in office appointment. That includes new and established patients within our clinic.

Do I need to sign up for Zoom? What devices can I use?

You do not need to sign up for a Zoom account to perform our telemedicine visit. Telemedicine visits are compatible with all smartphones, laptops, and computers. However, you do need to download the “Zoom” app to conduct the appointment if you are using a smartphone or Ipad.
