Kimberly was born in Sunnyside, WA, and graduated from Bartlett High School in Anchorage. She then went on to graduate from Alaska Career College with a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) diploma in 2002. She is the proud mother of two: Her son, Winston, and daughter, Hannah-Jane. Kimberly is also an avid potter and has her own studio where she creates pottery and glass artwork. Volunteering is another passion of hers. She is the leader of the Family Readiness Group, an Exchange Host Parent, and a member of the Protestant Women of the Chapel.
